The Marriott’s expert Rockin’ M Experience team has years of experience planning and hosting events at the Knibbe Ranch. From the first moment to the last, they ensure all guests are extremely well cared for and entertained.

In addition to coordinating the numerous activities, the Marriott event professionals can assist with:
- Transportation. Luxury Custom Motor Coaches, air-conditioned, 55 passengers per coach. (Add Hitchhikers/Stowaways for entertainment)
- Catering. All Food and Beverage provided exclusively by Marriott’s spectacular Culinary and Event Team
- Staff and Ranch Attendants. Security Officers(s) (required for every event), Campfire, Horseback Riding and Restroom Attendants
- Mementos. Cowboy hats (Black Felt, Canvas, Ladies’ Pastel, Cowboy or Gambler style), Texas Flag Bandannas, Custom Branding iron (electric with custom logo)
- Décor and Themed Events. We’ve got lots of ideas and experienced event designers ready to execute. Let us help!
Billing can be arranged separately, or through a hotel master account. Marriott Rewards Points may be earned for all events.
